Have you ever wanted to learn more about Raku pottery? Come to the Raku firing demonstration to see what it's all about. Better yet, we'll have on-hand some unglazed pottery created by these amazing artists for you to glaze yourself, watch it be fired, and take home a souvenir! Only a select number of pieces will be available on a first-come basis, so reserve your piece now! Glazing will take about an hour, so make sure you're there by 9am to select your piece and have time to glaze it before the firing begins! The Creative will be open on weekends throughout the month of April, so if you cannot make it at 9 on the 20th, you can come earlier. And if you're a member of The Creative, you can come in anytime! (Hint, hint!)
