Scout Programs
Let us work with you to find age-appropriate fun activities for your Scout Troop.
What you get:
Up to 20 people from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm
($20 for each additional person up to 40 people max)
• Central meeting room with tables and chairs
• Break out rooms with tables and chairs, including an outdoor patio that opens to meeting room
• Coffee and tea bar with light snacks
• Projector and screen
• Wi-Fi access
Package price: $600 (plus sales tax).
This package must be booked at least one month in advance of your meeting date.
Available Add-Ons:

Catered lunch from Sunflower Hill Farm: Their cost plus $200 for 20 people, $5 for each additional person

Creative Activities
Create a Collage
Start with magazine images provided, using a prompt tailored to your company or just something fun and creative. (45 minutes)
Purpose of Project:
To indicate multiple ways to solve the same problem.

Paint Like Pollock
Splatter painting, free and easy, no rules or guidelines - just splatter, drip, pour or brush paint onto a small canvas board.
Purpose of Project:
No rules, just give your brain a break
A make and take project.
Play with Clay
Teams of two make a pre-designed item that challenges them structurally and creatively.
Purpose of Project:
Problem-solving within a set of criteria with an unusual material.
Share a Drawing
Start a cartoon figure drawing and then pass it off for a blind response from another teammate to continue your figure. Total laughs are sure to happen.
Purpose of Project:
To let go of your idea and be open to changes from colleagues.

Make your best and fly it off the overlook with style!
Purpose of Activity:
Fun and problem-solving
Nature Scavenger Hunt
Grab your image list of plants and trees and head to the trail to be the first to find them all. Small teams or individuals learn about nature and have outside fun!
Purpose of Activity:
Be the first team to divide and conquer, while learning about nature in an active way!
The Marshmallow Challenge
Using common food items (marshmallows, spaghetti noodles, etc.) teams of four build the tallest structure possible.
Purpose of Activity:
Problem-solving and team cooperation
Classify This
A group of different items have more than one thing in common. Gather the items and explain their connection.
Small teams or individuals.
Purpose of Activity:
To build collaboration between team members.
Let's Get Physical
Navigate a series of physical challenges in team relay style (some easy, some a bit more challenging)
Purpose of Activity:
Teams assign activities to this best capable and aid each other to be the first team to finish.
Scavenger Hunt
Take part in a Scavenger Hunt designed to reference your business.
Purpose of Activity:
Delegation and teamwork
Relaxing Activities
Take advantage of our setting in beautiful Klondike Park to take a walk.
Guided Hike
Have a St. Charles County Parks Ranger take your group on a relaxed nature hike on the premises.
Walk around the Lake
Missouri's only white sand beach lake is located in Klondike Park. Learn its history and take a walk! (easy 30 minutes)
History Hike to Overlook
Hike to overlook with light history of the park and building.
