Ranger-Guided Hikes
St. Charles County Park Rangers are ready to take you on a hiking experience you will not soon forget! Hear about park history, plant and animal life, and learn fun nature facts as we hike for about an hour through our scenic park. Each hike is easy to moderate and is less than 2 miles. Meet at the Klondike Meeting Facility (The Creative at Klondike) at the front of the park. The hike will take place on both paved and natural surface trails and will conclude with related activities at The Creative.

The first two collaborations with the Parks Department were a huge success! Ranger Meara says, "We were lucky with the weather and had a chance to learn some plant identification. At the end of our hike we got to partner with The Creative at Klondike to make a unique art piece with what we collected on our hike. Thank you so much to Chris and Miguel for teaching us how to flower pound and make leaf reliefs!"
