Session 1: What is Printmaking? Thursday, August 6th 6-8pm Free (tho' we welcome donations to help contribute to printing supplies) In our inaugural "Open Press" session, we introduce guests to the variety of printmaking media and processes that are possible using the new press. The host will guide visitors through a simple monotype/relief project that will explore the capabilities of color, texture, and expressiveness that they can achieve with this powerful creative tool. Along the way, visitors should gain a clearer idea of the potential of printmaking.
